Supporting learning the right way

Posted: 07 May 2019

There is plenty of experience out there that suggests comfortable students are often more focused and engaged students, and we can all understand that.  It's hard to maintain concentration if you are sitting on an uncomfortable chair, whether you're a 5-year-old, a teenager or an adult!

We also know there are plenty of classroom chairs out there that have seen better days.  Many of them are the type with metal tube legs screwed onto plastic seats.  They look like they should be tough but in reality the fixings between the two parts are often a weak point.  This is where one-piece polypropelene chairs are perfect.

Our Chevron chairs are built to withstand the long-term rigours of classroom life and are backed by a 21-year guarantee.  They're available in 6 different sizes and 10 colours, and feedback suggests that they are even more comfortable than the alternatives.

If you need to see a Chevron chair first-hand, one of our friendly team would be happy to arrange that too! We're sure you'll find Chevron a great choice both for your budget in the short-term and in terms of longevity and supporting focused learning.
