We want you to be happy with your purchase. The section below outlines Polycopy Limited's policies on returns:

Items ordered in error, no longer required:
Please call within 7 working days of receiving an item to arrange for it to be collected for a full refund. Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging and call 01509 610077
​** Note; food / drinks items are non-returnable unless damaged. Most furniture items are subject to a handling fee if returned **

Please note, carriage is not refundable.

Items received damaged or faulty:
Please call within 3 working days of receiving an item to arrange for an exchange or replacement item to be sent and for the original item to be collected. Please call 01509 610077

The item I received isn't what I ordered:
Please call our customer services within 3 working days of receiving your item to arrange an exchange. Please call 01509 610077

What do I do if an item developes a fault after I have been using it for a while?
Many of our products are covered by manufacturer warranties. In the event of a product failure, please call our customer services team who will advise of any warranty cover that is applicable.
 

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
Owing to the quick turn around that Polycopy offers, you will need to contact the customer services team on 01509 610077 before 4.30pm the same working day as you placed your order if you wish to cancel it: After this time, the order will have been processed and will need to be treated as a return (subject to the conditions for returns above)
