Wrenn School – Food Tech Room
Polycopy worked with Wrenn School to create a brand-new Food Technology room designed to support practical teaching and give students a safe, modern environment in which to develop their cooking skills.
The project required more than simply supplying furniture. Polycopy planned the layout of the room to make effective use of the available space while ensuring students and staff could move safely between work areas.
A complete kitchen installation was supplied and fitted, including work surfaces, storage, appliances and the necessary plumbing and infrastructure. The layout was designed around the way the room would be used during lessons, allowing multiple students to work at the same time without compromising safety or accessibility.
Durable finishes and practical storage were incorporated throughout the space to withstand the demands of everyday school use while keeping equipment and ingredients organised and accessible.
The completed Food Technology room gives Wrenn School a purpose-built teaching environment that combines practical workspace, modern facilities and an efficient layout, helping students gain hands-on experience in a setting designed specifically for the subject.
