Complete workspace furniture supply, installation and setup
Polycopy supported a complete office refurbishment project, helping transform a large open-plan workspace and meeting areas into a modern, practical environment ready for staff to use.
The project involved supplying and installing a full range of office furniture, including open-plan desks, operator chairs, meeting tables, visitor seating and mobile storage.
Furniture was selected to suit the layout of the building and create a consistent finish throughout the workspace. Desk clusters were positioned to support team working while maintaining clear walkways and making effective use of the available floor space.
Dedicated meeting rooms were also fitted with large tables and comfortable seating, providing professional spaces for meetings, presentations and collaborative working.
Polycopy managed the delivery, assembly and positioning of the furniture on site, helping reduce disruption and ensuring the workspace was fully set up and ready for use once the refurbishment was complete.
The finished office provides a clean, organised and flexible working environment, with coordinated furniture and clearly defined areas for everyday work, meetings and collaboration.
Polycopy works with businesses across Leicester, Leicestershire and the Midlands on office furniture, workplace refurbishment and complete office fit-out projects.
